01Introducing Ruby Yoga

A yoga experience where the light rises from your mat.

Ruby Yoga is a dedicated yoga experience built around individual red and near-infrared LED mats. Each person practices on their own illuminated mat, so the light is personal — yours from the first breath to the last.

Our signature experience is illuminated primarily from each participant’s mat. The glow begins exactly where you are, and stays with you through every movement.

    Your own illuminated mat

    Every participant practices on an individual LED mat — a personal field of light beneath each pose.

    Red & near-infrared LEDs

    Each mat is fitted with red and near-infrared LEDs. The visible red LEDs create the warm ruby glow; near-infrared light itself is invisible to the eye.

    Lit from the floor up

    The glow originates primarily from the mat itself, beginning exactly where you practice.

02The Ruby Glow Experience

Lights down. Glow on.

Ruby Yoga is designed as an immersive atmosphere for movement and mindfulness. With the main studio lighting dimmed, the room is held in the distinctive ruby glow of each illuminated mat — calm, cinematic and quietly beautiful.

    Arrive

    Step into a hushed, softly darkened room. The main studio lights dim and fall away, and the noise of the day goes with them.

  2. II

    Move

    The studio lights dim and each of you switches on your own mat; together, the glow lifts the room from the floor up. Flow through guided sequences with breath and intention, every shape traced in ruby light.

  3. III

    Settle

    Close in stillness, wrapped in quiet and the gentle glow beneath you — a moment that is entirely your own.

03Coming to Miami

Ruby Yoga is preparing to bring its signature red-light experience to Miami, with a planned launch in January 2027. We’re not open or taking reservations yet — the studio reveal, class schedule and opening details will be shared first with our early-access list.
